1. Agreement and company
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ApplyReady, including its website, application workspace, AI-assisted tools, and community forum. ApplyReady is operated by Tanitapps Corp (“Tanitapps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 3790 A Colorado Ave, Boulder, CO 80303, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use ApplyReady. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity through your account.
3. The service and your responsibilities
ApplyReady helps you organize job searches, assess roles, prepare application materials and interview briefs, and track application progress. You select the roles you pursue, review all generated content, and submit applications and send messages yourself. ApplyReady does not apply for jobs, contact employers, or make hiring decisions on your behalf.
Provide information you have the right to use. Review AI-assisted material carefully for accuracy, completeness, and fit with your experience before relying on or sharing it. Do not use the service unlawfully, misrepresent your qualifications, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user's account or information.
4. AI assistance and employment outcomes
AI-generated assessments, recommendations, resume drafts, and interview briefs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular role. They are informational tools, not legal, financial, or professional advice. No interview, offer, employment, or hiring outcome is guaranteed; employers make their own decisions. You remain responsible for your applications and decisions.
When you give the required consent, information you provide for onboarding or an application pack is sent to DeepSeek to provide the requested AI feature. More information is in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you do not want processed by that provider.
5. Plans, packs, billing, and cancellation
One free application pack is available per account. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions: Professional is $19/month with up to 20 paid packs per UTC calendar month; Manager is $39/month with up to 50; Senior Leadership is $59/month with up to 100. A pack includes a role assessment, tailored resume draft, and interview brief. The free pack does not reduce a paid plan's monthly allowance. Unused packs do not roll over. Current prices and plan details are shown before checkout.
Paid subscriptions require a one-month commitment and renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by applicable law, subscription charges are non-refundable. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. A plan upgrade takes effect only after you review and confirm the updated price through Stripe.
6. Your content and ApplyReady materials
You retain your rights to information and materials you submit. You give Tanitapps a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the features you request. Tanitapps and its licensors retain rights in ApplyReady and its underlying software, branding, and service materials. AI-generated content may not be unique.
7. Community forum
Forum submissions are reviewed before publication. Submit only content you may lawfully share and do not post confidential, sensitive, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful material. We may decline, remove, or restrict content or accounts to protect users and operate the forum.
8. Availability, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms. You may stop using ApplyReady at any time. To request account closure or deletion, write to the address in Section 11. Ending an account does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature continue, including outstanding payment obligations.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyReady is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable-for-every-purpose service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanitapps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity, or employment outcomes arising from use of the service. Tanitapps' total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Tanitapps for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law
Colorado law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to rights that cannot be waived, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you and Tanitapps consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
